Delivery and return policy

Delivery

The Seller undertakes to deliver the Products via approved courier companies. The cost of shipment is specified prior to completion of the Order in each case (national or international delivery) and is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

If you place your order before 12:00 noon and the ordered products are in stock, we will do our best to ship the same day, and if the delivery address is in a city in Romania, you will receive your order within 24-48h. During busy periods (holidays etc.), delivery can take up to 3-5 working days, depending on the courier’s schedule. For deliveries outside Romania, please note that transit time is longer and delivery can take up to 5-7 working days.

In case of cash/cash payment on delivery, the Buyer will take ownership of the Goods after signing the shipping document and making payment to the courier.

If the Buyer does not unjustifiably take over the Order, the Seller shall be entitled to claim compensation for the damage suffered.

It is not possible to collect the Orders personally from the Seller’s premises.

Return

According to the legislation in force – Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of some normative acts (published in the Official Gazette, Part I no. 427 of 11.06.2014), the waiver of purchase/withdrawal from the Contract is applicable only to individual customers. Thus, the Buyer has the right to notify the Seller in writing that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within the legal term of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Products.

Products can only be returned with prior notice to the Seller by email to: contact@jeaninarat.com. They must comply with our requirements and be eligible for return.

The costs of returning the Products will be borne by the Buyer. If the conditions are met, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the Goods, to an account (IBAN) indicated by you (in the case of Cash on Delivery Orders) or via the online payment solution used (card refund). If you have not received your return, please inform us and/or contact your card issuing bank, as it may take 5-10 working days before the refund is processed. If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@jeaninarat.com

In the event of any discrepancies between the Products originally delivered, replacements or damage, or the Products are not delivered in the original packaging, are unopened, do not have the original labels, are missing the included accessories, the Seller may postpone the refund and refuse to accept the Products. The direct costs of returning the Products shall be borne by the Buyer.

Return conditions:

– It hasn’t been 14 days since you received your order;

– Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with the original labels attached, with all accessories included and without signs of damage;

– The products will be returned in the original transport packaging (cardboard box, wooden box, collars, protective film, protective panels, as appropriate) and appropriately marked (e.g. FRAGIL);

– The products are accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice);

– The cost of transport will be borne by the Buyer;

– The seller was contacted in advance by email: contact@jeaninarat.com.

Products made to Buyer’s specifications or clearly customized to Buyer’s specifications are not eligible for return.

Attention! Please note that all shipping costs – initial as well as return – will be the responsibility of the Buyer. Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted.

The cost of delivery shall be borne by the Buyer and payment shall be refunded ONLY by bank transfer. Return shipping labels are not provided by JEANINARAT and you will have to prepare the delivery and schedule a collection by the courier of your choice.

If you receive a Product from us that is damaged, please contact us by email at contact@jeaninarat.com. The return shipping fee is non-refundable unless we decide otherwise based on the information you provided as the reason for return, which will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Thus, the Buyer has the right to notify the Seller in writing that it waives the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within the legal term of 14 calendar days days from receipt of the Products.

The costs for returning the Products will be borne by the Buyer. If the conditions are met, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt Products, in an account (IBAN) indicated by you (in the case of orders with payment to delivery) or through the online payment solution used (refund on card). If you haven’t received the money back, please inform us and/or contact your card issuing bank, as it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. In case of differences between the Products originally delivered, replacements or damages, or the products are not delivered in the original packaging, are opened, do not have the original labels, accessories are missing, the Seller may delay refunding the money and may refuse receiving the Products. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the Products to the buyer.

Return conditions:

– 14 days have not passed since you received the order;

– The products are returned in the original packaging, unopened, with the original labels attached with all accessories included and no signs of damage;

– The products will be returned in original packaging (cardboard box, wooden box, corner protections, bubble wrap foil, protective penals by case).

– The products are accompanied by the documents proving the purchase (invoice);

– The cost of transport will be borne by the Buyer;

– The seller was contacted in advance at the email address: contact@jeaninarat.com

Products not eligible for return:

– products made to Buyer’s specifications and clearly customized according to his instructions

– Gift-cards

Shipping returns:

The cost of delivery will be borne by the Buyer, and the payment is returned ONLY by banking transfer. Return shipping labels are not provided by JEANINARAT and you will need to prepare the delivery and schedule a collection by the courier of your choice.

If you receive a product from us that is damaged, please contact us by email at

contact@jeaninarat.com. Return shipping fee is non-refundable except where we decide to do so based on the information you have provided as a reason for return, which will be reviewed individually.
